  The lender’s programs will vary depending on the type of collateral you’re looking to purchase. The lender’s decisions are based on the applicant’s overall credit risk, not solely on your credit score. 

The minimum down payment required by the lender is 10% of the purchase price, depending on the type of collateral you’re looking to finance. This is ultimately determined by the lender, and could increase depending on your credit risk.
